Delivery
1) How long does it take for my order to arrive?
For International Shipping outside of West Malaysia takes 10 to 15 working days while local delivery within West Malaysia will take up to 3-5 working days.
2) How do you deliver my order in Malaysia?
We will be using local courier delivery service. You will receive an email from us on the delivery date and please note that delivery time will be from 9am to 6pm. Please remain contactable during this delivery period and ensure there is a person to receive the order. Re-delivery of your order may incur delivery charges.
3) Can I track my order?
Yes, we will provide our customers tracking number.
4) What can I do when I received damaged good(s) during delivery?
You can take a picture of the damaged good(s) and email to us in order for us to follow up with courier company. Customer are advised to check the goods quantity and quantity immediately after collect the goods, if there is an error, please contact our company within seven days. If reprint of reject order due to technical problem by our company, the reprint job artwork must be same as 1st time, there are not allowed to change any artwork.
5) What can I do if I did not receive my order?
If you did not receive your order after two weeks from the day you received order fulfillment email from us, you can check with your local post office. If they are unable to locate your order, you can contact us at vinzlabel@gmail.com so we are able to provide more information about your order.
Artwork
1) What artwork format do I need to provide to proceed for printing?
We accept artwork in AI, TIFF, EPS, PSD, PDF or JPEG format (minimum 300 dpi). Generally all our customers will provide artwork to us for printing. If you need artwork services, just contact our team vinzlabel@gmail.com and we will send you a quotation.
Payment
1) How do i make payment?
Payment can be made into our Company Public Bank Account, By Bank Transfer, ATM transfer, Cash Deposit & Cheque. Customer who made the payment, please fax the payment slip to our account department within the office hours,
Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday from 8.30am to 1pm at 03-2389 0605.
Please write down the job order number and contact number, so that our company can process your order as soon as possible. If fax to account department after the office hour, our company will confirm your payment and process your order on the next working day.
2) Does Payment have grace period to process order?
Yes, Please refer below:
1. Bank Transfer:
If you tranfer from Public Bank to our account, we will process on Same Day. For bank transfer from others bank, please use Instant Transfer (IBFT), so Account Department verify the payment and process your order on the same Day. For customer using GIRO Tranfer (IBFT), please allow 1 working day for Account to check payment and will process your order once payment been recorded in our bank system.
2. ATM Transfer, Cash Deposit via ATM / Counter:
Public Bank --> Public Bank : Process Order on Same Day
Other Bank --> Public Bank: 1-2 Working Days
3. Cheque:
Cheque will take 2-3 Working Days for bank to process the payment. We only ship after payment clear and recorded in our bank system.
